No, we also accept major credit/debit cards.

What is your return Policy?
Our return policy is usually between 14-30 days for most items. Please check the return policy on the specific item you are interested in purchasing as each item will have its own return policy.

If I order multiple items will they arrive together?
We have warehouses all over the USA. Therefore some items might ship from different locations depending on availability. If you order multiple items from different categories on our store, your items are more than likely to arrive at different time frames. Please keep in mind that we use different shipping services on certain categories to be able to provide the best shipping rates possible.

How do I pay with my credit/debit card?
Within your shopping cart click on alternative payment and enter your shipping information. Once you have entered your shipping information, click next to go to the next page. From here select the PayPal payment option & click submit order. Then click on the PayPal payment button. From here you will have the option of paying with either your PayPal account or credit/debit card.

How often do you updated your inventory?
We update our inventory on a daily basis. We try our best to make sure our current inventory is as accurate as possible.

What if I order an item that has suddenly gone out of stock?
Although we update our inventory on a daily basis, There will be rare cases where a product might suddenly go out of stock or discontinued. If this is the case, we will either issue a full refund for the amount paid or we can send you the item as soon as it becomes available. The option is yours. (note: If an item has gone discontinued, we can only issue a full refund.)

How much do you charge for shipping?
Almost all our products in our store ship for free. Ink cartridges do not ship for free. The shipping is usually $5.86 for ink cartridges. All shipping charges can be seen in the item listing.
